By creating an account and using LeadGenr8, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
LeadGenr8 provides B2B lead generation services. We conduct outreach campaigns on your behalf, targeting prospects in your specified vertical and territory. You are charged per lead delivered to your dashboard.
Your payment method on file is charged automatically when each lead is delivered to your dashboard. Charges are based on your selected vertical’s per-lead price. Pre-purchased credit packs are applied at the discounted rate before your card is charged. Delivery pauses when your monthly cap is reached.
Auto-charge disclosure: By enrolling, you authorize LeadGenr8 to charge your payment method per lead, up to your selected monthly cap, without requiring your approval for each individual charge.
You may dispute a lead within 24 hours of delivery if the contact information is invalid or the lead clearly does not match your specified criteria. Approved disputes result in a credit to your account. Disputes submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.
You may pause or cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, outstanding credits are frozen and forfeited after 365 days. No partial-month refunds are provided.
You may only use LeadGenr8 for lawful B2B outreach. You agree to comply with CAN-SPAM, CASL, and all applicable anti-spam laws. You may not use the service to target consumers (B2C), send harassing communications, or impersonate another business.
LeadGenr8 guarantees lead delivery at the agreed price per lead. We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a sale or business relationship. Response rates depend on many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadGenr8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may update these terms with 14 days notice via email. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance.
